A. For orders under BDT [amount], there is a delivery cost of Tk [amount]. In addition, there is a

delivery charge of [amount] BDT for orders over BDT [amount]. (For Dhaka only). For orders of

any size, the delivery charge in other cities is TK [amount].

Q. How do I pay?


A. We accept cash on delivery, as well as online credit card and online bKash payments. Don't

worry, our Nil Bazar BD reps should always have adequate cash on hand.

A. We serve all over Bangladesh; every city, every house.


Q. I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?


A. We are constantly open to new ideas and will add an item to our inventory specifically for

Q. My order is wrong. What do I do?


A. Please Immediately call 01762-665563 and let us know the problem.


Q. What if the item is out of stock?


A. Because we have our own inventory in our warehouses, we seldom run out of stock.

However, we will do our best to find what you require. If we can't discover it, we'll send you an

SMS or call to let you know what alternatives are available.


Q. Why should we buy from you when I have a store nearby?


A. That is entirely up to you, however, you may also be a couch potato like our founders and

have your purchases delivered to your door for free. Our prices are sometimes cheaper than

those of the city's main superstores. We also have a wider selection than the ordinary corner

store. So there's no reason not to buy from us.


Q. What about the prices?


A. Our pricing is our own, but we make every effort to keep them at or below market rates. Our

prices are the same as those in the local market, and we are working hard to reduce them even

Q. What is your discounting policy?


A. We strive to offer the best prices in Dhaka, and many of our items are all ready marked down

below the maximum retail price (MRP). In rare cases, we also provide discount codes that are

applied to the MRP. We can only apply one sort of discount to any particular product. We

constantly take into account the best deal offered to the consumer. As an example: If a

product's MRP is Tk. [amount] and our list price is Tk. [amount], the product is already offered at

an [amount]% discount. This implies that even if the customer enters a discount code for a

[amount]% discount, we will still evaluate the best price accessible to the user and sell the

goods for Tk. [amount].
